Just got a massage earlier today and had to come write a review. This is my 2nd time now with Amy and she is always perfect when it comes to what I need from a massage. A very great relaxing experience from start to finish, I highly recommend Spa Castle if you need a massage that'll fix you up and leave you refreshed.
I came home from drill for the army today. I also never been to a massage place before. I needed to go to a place to help me relax and unwind after a stressful and tense few days. I am super happy with everything, and Spa Castle has made me a new customer every week! I can't wait to go back again very soon!
I went here back in June and forgot to share how great it was! I plan on going again tomorrow afternoon. I felt like royalty when I went there. The sauna was great and so was the massage. All my tension was released and everyone there was so kind and courteous. It’s great to treat yourself every once in a while! I wish I could go every week!
Came for a couples massage and it was amazing. We both left so relaxed. It is a very professional environment and they kept asking what I wanted and where the pain was. I'd definitely come back I belive my massage therapist was Amy she was great. I've also seen several comments about tipping but when I was there they didn't seem hungry for a tip or even act like it, when I tipped just 20% they were very grateful. If you want deep tissue and intense massage, I'd ask for the walking? massage I told Amy I wanted a hard massage and she walked on my back and it felt amazing!
Simply the best! That’s all I need to say about The Spa Castle in Middletown, CT….simply the best!!! I’ve had so many massages over the past 30 years, all over the world, from every type of therapist, environment or service you can think of! In fact, for the past 3-5 years since the Spa Castle has opened I get massaged at least two times a week. I will never use the services of another spa other than The Spa Castle in Middletown, CT if I can physically help it! First, the manager Amy, has this place running so perfect, like a fine precision machine. Its very clean, constantly being disinfected, immediately after each customer’s session! Not to be overlooked, but Amy is also a phenomenal therapist as well as a great businesswoman… she’s very impressive! Equally important are the ladies/ therapist working there. They are unbelievable, so knowledgeable with the body and their craft, each having many years of experience! Due to a severe injury to my back and neck 20 years ago, I have lived with chronic pain…they are the only relief I get! Without me ever having to explain to them, they instinctively find where my pain is located and offer me much-needed relief in a very short amount of time. BTW, these ladies have the strongest hands with the gentlest touch that I have ever experienced in my life, they’re amazing! However, for me the best part is when they walk on my back, actually on the tips of their toes like a ballerina going right to the areas of pain, instinctively working their magic, it’s unreal and feels so good too! If you are in pain or need relief from major stress or maybe you just want to relax and be pampered for an hour then you have to visit the ladies at the spa Castle, you will not be disappointed I guarantee it! BTW if you’re new to working with a massage therapist and don’t know where to begin, then ask your therapist for the services and treatment that Tim gets, the guy that wrote the review….they will take it from there! Enjoy! 😉
